Already read the back there is nothing anywhere on the back that says I can't use it on a mobile phone. Also brought it in store talked to multiple associates who said I could use it

Yeah, looks like in stock date is 11/14 (Friday) and is technically considered a Sprint phone. It's unlocked of course, though, and you can buy it outright. It will be 32GB and Midnight Blue. Also... for those counting on a price match, keep in mind that the policy is to only price match retailers that have that exact model in stock. Best Buy is selling the device for $699. Technically, you would not be able to get it for $649 unless the device is in stock on the Play Store or Motorola. However, managers and what not vary when it comes to their knowledge of this policy. Some are clueless and will just do it.

Funny has anyone else still been running their Page Monitor extension today? I still leave it on, LOL, even tho it's not Wed yet.
I actually got a pop up for the Midnight 64gb this morning around 9:30amEST, but of course once I clicked 'Add to cart', it vanished. Ugggg!!!

I actually got a pop up for the Midnight 64gb this morning around 9:30amEST, but of course once I clicked 'Add to cart', it vanished. Ugggg!!!

I finally turned mine off on Friday afternoon... After I got the one from Motorola on Thursday I didn't need to mess with it anymore but Friday it pinged several times on the 32 GB Blue before I turned it off..... I never tried to get it in cart though.....

for those counting on a price match, keep in mind that the policy is to only price match retailers that have that exact model in stock.

and a lot of times even though the MFG Model # might be the same I've seen Best Buy (and other retailers) have different stock numbers.... I've seen them use that as a "Technically not the same" excuse when it comes to price match.... Best Buy did that to me with a Samsung TV once.... had a slightly different model number... Samsung listed it as an H7000 series TV... and the one at Best Buy was like an H7000ABC and HHGregg had H7000ABD so they wouldn't price match... I asked Samsung the difference and they just told me the ABC was a Best Buy model and the ABD was designated for HHGregg but outside of that they were exactly the same thing.... and on the back of the TV when I finally bought one it just says H7000XXX on the ID plate.... Only the box had the ABC designation on it.....

Not saying they will do this with the Nexus 6 but don't be surprised if they did....

I had a page monitor on Motorola's website. Although it's going to be a lot more people monitoring the website now, you will probably have a better chance with them than Google Play

I just got lucky. Refreshed a bunch and bought a 32GB Midnight Blue. I'm curious to hear about people getting their shipping notifications. My order was placed on the 5th.

My strategy too. Took about an hour before a blue 32gb popped up and I snagged it quickly.

Make sure to run your page monitor on the Google Play Store and Moto's website. I actually got my N6 MB 64 from Moto's site.

That's so true. My Nexus 5 order from last year still says "pending" on my orders page LOL.

LOL...mine too. I still laugh when I go to my orders page to check something and see it. I wonder if I am really using a Nexus 5 for the past year, or if it is just a figment of my imagination...

I am lucky that I work at nights one weekends. So I was able to be at my computer all day when they went live. But I was only able to actually get the one I wanted when Motorola started selling them. Got the Midnight Moondance Blue 64GB. I have a feeling that this week will find more out there to be bought as it seem a good number of people already have theirs on order now. I know this is the last thing anybody wants to hear when they are waiting to order one... but patien... awww frick that. Hang in there and you will be rewarded!!!!

I used Auto Refresh Plus Chrome extension. Had it checking every 1 second and caught available stock many times.

It was dumb luck on my part also. I was typing a post on this forum and paused to randomly refresh ( after refreshing several times earlier with no luck) the page on another computer. The 64GB blue model showed up, I immediately stopped what I was doing, and went through the order process as quick as I possibly could without making any mistakes.

One Wednesday the best time seemed to be around 1:00 EST but I've read people have luck at different time also.

Talk to a manager or call best buy number. Be firm but not an ahole. It's a stalling tactic when you think about it.

I've always heard that retailers such as best buy do not match online retailers, only other brick n mortar stores within a certain distance n only if its in stock..

Maybe you should request a refund.. Never got it.. stuck in pending for too long.... I gave you guys 12 months to ship my phone and I refuse to wait any longer....
