When do you think we'll be able to pre-order. If there is a pre-order. Through the carrier's of course.

Pre orders started orders started Oct 29th but were very difficult to get, only a few people got their orders in. After that pre orders were available every wednesday and a few more of us got ours orders in last week on the 5th. I would check tmobile or the Play store wednesday.

Anyone who success preorder nexus 6..Can u give us some trick?

Just need some advice because I don't have any luck to preorder nexus 6 (both Google play and Motorola) sometime I can add a phone to my cart and when I click check out I got cart is empty...and Google said they have more stock every Wednesday...So I will try again...

I saw a lot of people on eBay who can preorder both white and midnight blue in both 32 and 64gb..Just wondering how could they do that...because I can't even get one..

I am happy to people who successfully preorder and hope u get the phone soon..but need some advice from u guys.. Thanks..my friend..

I've read heat t-mobile will let you order them starting on the 12th. No word that I've seen as far as other carriers go.

I was able to preorder two devices on google play (each color 32GB) and two on motorola (each color 64GB). I ended up canceling the two on the play store and will end up deciding which color I like once I receive the two from motorola. My trick was to use the page monitor chrome extension. I would link you to it, but I don't have enough posts to post a link.

You can set it up to check whatever URL you want every 5 seconds. That worked for me and was the reason why I was actually able to order the device.

Dumb luck on my part...

I just happened to come back from lunch last Thursday and for the heck of it clicked the Motorola page and it was live... ordered at like 12:18 central time before I think the masses knew they could get it from there...

I just used the page monitor extention in Chrome and had it checking every 6 seconds. I was able to pre order mine last Wednesday, but my ship date isn't until 11/26.

The complete supply of these devices has to be incredibly low because not THAT many people want this thing, especially outside of the tech community.

I agree... I think Google completely misread the market for a phone like this..... I can't imagine your regular Jane and Joe down the street even have a clue what a Nexus phone is to start with let alone a Nexus 6... Good friends still call my Nexus 5 a Samsung to the point I just say "Yeah... Sure..." now...

I don't think they misread it. Everyone all over the Internet was complaining about how big the phone was and how they didn't want it. Now everyone's trying to get one.

Yeah.. It's hard to say... I thought the 5.96 inch size alone was going to thin the heard enough to make this thing someone easy to get your hands on directly from the Play Store... Then $649 and $699 out of contract I thought... Man getting one of these should be easy easy easy...

Seconds later though.................................... :-!

EDIT: At least I now have this wonderful Oneplus One take two preorder email as a back up plan.....

Forums and tech blogs do not represent "everyone" in the slightest. That's my problem with this whole thing. Like there has to be legit almost no inventory from Google or Motorola.

It may not be everyone, but it's a lot of people. Considering most people who aren't on these type of sites don't know about the phone anyway.

I was able to get one via the pushbullet method as well. I timed the available time for each of the various phones when they went into and out of stock. Average time - about 8 sec. Good luck. Last Wed on Google Play the sale started about 11:15 MST.

Assume a lot of people... selling out in seconds doesn't tell us much... and the preorders to date have been limited to US Sales...... All sorts of theories out there... One was Carriers got the bulk of the inventory but so far only T-Mobile has given us a hard launch date and they don't do contracts... but now T-Mobile is telling their people they won't have as many as they would have liked to of had in stock at launch.... Just rumors on the rest of the carriers... I head AT&T would start taking preorders this week and Sprint would go live on Friday 11/14.... Keeps sounding like Verizon will be 2015 before they release it on their network..

Maybe all the inventory is locked up at Verizon.....

I was using the page monitor from Chrome on October 29 and November 5... Had it set to like 5 seconds and it pinged several times... You still had to be darn fast... Almost had to hit "add to cart/proceed to check out and buy" (3 different screens) in a matter of seconds to get one.... but it worked pretty good... If you leave it running it some times pings here and there at odd times of the day or night....

I just got lucky. Refreshed a bunch and bought a 32GB Midnight Blue. I'm curious to hear about people getting their shipping notifications. My order was placed on the 5th.
