Adranalyne spent the last two weeks bashing the Nexus 6 and how much better the Note 4 was... Now he bought one just so he could do a review on something he has already stated over and over and over again wasn't any good.. Even after I pointed out he was basing his statements on pure speculation vs any real fact since he didn't have one... He was willing to pay around $700 just so he could tinker with something for a few days or weeks and "Review" it and then sell it???

and FYI I didn't pay any shipping on my Motorola order... Came next day air from China..... and I got a 64 GB which you can't get in a store.....

It's called disposable income. Also so that when I tell you the same things I've been saying about the phone, you won't be able to throw the whole "you don't have the phone" argument at me. Someone is a tad salty, but it'll be okay.

My reasoning. The nexus 5 had complaints of trying to go from t-mobile to sprint; play store phones worked for that better than phones bought in store.
I plan to have this phone 3-4 years on no contract using varying plans (plans similar to Ting).
Didn't try to get one in store but the shopping center tax is 8.1% and I paid 5.5% through google compensating for shipping.
Finally I saw google would replace google play bought Nexus 5 that had cracked screens so I went with play store. I went with the Nexus 6 over the OnePlus One because their customer service is non existent.
All kind of variables were skewed here. I'm just glad people are finally getting their phones before thanksgiving!

and I have him blocked so I only see his nonsense when you guys keep quoting him.... Just put him on ignore and he won't be able to continue to stir up stuff which is what he appears to be doing.. and he can still read and likes to quote me but it just shows up ignored on my screen..... LOL!!!!!

I will say this----the blue is almost like an ice/slate blue in natural light. Looks pretty good. Wasn't so sure about the color choice at first, but it's actually better than I expected.

Google Play coming UPS? FedEx out of China from Motorola had it at 1.8 lbs according to my label and shipping.. But they had it in the largest FedEx box you can get and some air cushion packing.... When I got my Nexus 5 the shipping box wasn't much bigger than the phone and there was literally no packing/protection besides the two boxes...

I am sad, have been following this thread, and my order (11/5) has shown no movement. Monday I chatted Google and they said it was still pending. I chatted them like 10 minutes ago and they can't see any updates at the moment.

You can always find a T-Mobile store that has them in stock. Unless of course you wanted a white one.

I felt like this yesterday too, mainly as nothing sucks more than being stuck in the no-status non-shipped limbo. It does get better, mine from the 11/5 order didn't move until about 1am EST, so yours may go out tonight. Went from pending to complete on the CC at the same time (I was getting OCD at checking the card for a pending purchase and didn't change until it actually shipped.)

You can always find a T-Mobile store that has them in stock. Unless of course you wanted a white one.

Heh, 32GB White is what I ordered.

I felt like this yesterday too, mainly as nothing sucks more than being stuck in the no-status non-shipped limbo. It does get better, mine from the 11/5 order didn't move until about 1am EST, so yours may go out tonight. Went from pending to complete on the CC at the same time (I was getting OCD at checking the card for a pending purchase and didn't change until it actually shipped.)

Yeah, I really try not to stalk my electronic goodies, but end up failing miserably, especially for my phones. The Google Rep said she would send me an email when she is able to see any changes in my order. UPS My Choice isn't showing me anything, nor is FedEx (not sure if I have both set up correctly as my Amazon Fire Stick is supposed to come on Friday as well and I am not seeing that in either service either).

Can't tell if it was posted or not, but Overnight UPS from GPS did not require a signature. My wife didn't even know they had come.

Your arguments are pointless AFAIAC because for me:
1. Verizon unlimited data
2. Verizon Network Coverage
3. Best Verizon unlockable bootloader option w/reasonable expectation of plentiful Dev support
4. Superior Motorola Radios
5. NO TOUCHWIZ
6. Camera more than adequate for my needs.
7. 64gb + meenova otg card reader provides sufficient space.
8. Quick charge + portable battery pack provides enough needed energy.
9. Advanced enough to make it until the next "Really Big Thing" comes out.

Hopefully next day air means standard shipping for Motorola because that is how mine will come. I don't remember if I had the option to upgrade. I ordered the 32 GB on 11/12.

If you ordered from Motorola they offer free standard shipping.. at time of order they told me it was FedEx 2 day shipping from their Texas warehouse... and then they changed that to economy from China..... and from all who are getting them direct from Motorola and the China factory it appears they are trying to save face and are shipping International Priority and they are arriving in one day from China... which is highly impressive.... and I am sure not cheap on Motorola's part.... But no added cost to you or I......

But, but, but.....

What if you find out that it's better than you anticipated? Will you be unbiased when you post your thoughts?

Also, personal request. Post your battery usage stats, including "screen on" time, after you discharge it from full. I have a thread going to collect the screen shots, and think it'll be useful to many.

Google didn't screw up anything, they said the 21st and last time I checked it's the 16th.

I was told by more than one Google rep that shipping starts Monday. Let's wait and see..

Well for me if there was no bad luck I would have no luck. I got mine today, but my screen is messed up. Been on the phone with Motorola for 3 hours now and have been transferred 6 times. I would really like to say some really awful things. But will refrain. I just hope I can get a replacement that is new in a reasonable amount of time. I love the phone, but having it and not being able to use it is pretty torturous....
