I appreciate it. I was really just tired last night as I had been on the phone for about 6 hours with them getting passed around. I was just sick of the way they treated it as if they could care less if they lost my sale. They kept pushing for the refund instead of wanting to get me another device. Because I want the phone. I think I am going to go into a local TMobile today and see if they have any in stock. I can live with the 32GB version as when I was playing with my phone yesterday I put maybe 18GB of stuff on it. Yes it would be nice to have the extra space, but it is not a big deal. I guess I just don't want to wait another month to get this phone. And I am really glad that you are enjoying yours. And I hope everybody else is too that got one.

Yeah I could easily survive with the 32 GB but since I was ordering online and it was just $50 I went with 64 GB... On my 32 GB Nexus 5 I still had 18 - 20 GB of free space... I don't play any games and I stream 99% of my content.. I rarely actually download anything and I have my phone set to auto upload new photo's and video's to my home computer when I latch on to my WiFi network... So I usually keep it pretty clear of junk that takes up space..

Good luck... let me know if you find one in a T-Mobile store.... I had to go in to one yesterday to get a Nano SIM card and they didn't have any more in stock and it was just 10:40 am (They opened at 10) but I didn't ask how many they had...

Yeah I could easily survive with the 32 GB but since I was ordering online and it was just $50 I went with 64 GB... On my 32 GB Nexus 5 I still had 18 - 20 GB of free space... I don't play any games and I stream 99% of my content.. I rarely actually download anything and I have my phone set to auto upload new photo's and video's to my home computer when I latch on to my WiFi network... That is what I do also. I like to put enough music, videos and movies on it so that incase I am in a situation where I am waiting on something, I can just play whatever media I want locally on the device without using data as I am limited with my plan on ATT and if I switch to TMobile I will do the same. I am just not a big data user as I am almost always around a secure wifi. I will be there when they open at 9 to see after I have gone by my local fedex store to return the one from motorola. I am beginning to think maybe I am not meant to have this phone...lol

That is what I do also. Yeah I am not a data hog either.. or well not on my phone plan... At home that is a totally different story.... cut the cable over a year ago.. So all I have is internet at home and then Hulu, Netflix, Youtube and I have not purchased an actual DVD or Blu-ray in about a year either.. I buy all my movies via Google play plus the handful of TV shows I watch I just buy the full seasons now and it's still a ton cheaper than having a cable subscription and stream them either via my device or through my device and onto the Chromecast I have on all 3 TV's in my house... (plus I have an original Sony Google TV in the bedroom and the Sony Google TV Blu-Ray player in the living room) I look forward to the push of Android TV's next year and I'll probably start upgrading my TV lineup then...

Agreed. NO refurb. If you wanted a used phone, you would have purchased a used phone. I understand that when a phone breaks after several months of use, you get a refurb as a replacement.

Just my opinion, but get the 64, it's what you wanted.

I was in the group that ordered from the playstore on 11/5 and had a ship date of 11/26. I know this date hasn't come yet, but I'm starting to get depressed. My card hasn't been charged and the phone hasn't shipped. Further, I paid for Next Day Air, but the "next day" after the 26th is Thanksgiving. So unless they ship it early, I'll have paid for NDA but will be getting 2nd Day Air service. This sucks. This is the 3rd Nexus phone I have bought and if google doesn't get its ordering and shipping together I might be done. As much as I love stock android, the launches have sucked.

My Fedex tracking manager updated last night before I went to bed and the phone is in transit! The revised delivery date is now Monday the 24th instead of tomorrow. I'll still get it 2 days earlier than promised and before the Thanksgiving weekend.

As posted by others, I can't change my delivery options to leave it at a Kinko's store so my wife will work from home on Monday.

It probably left on the flight out of Hong Kong.. FedEx has a flight that leaves every night (Which is 8 am central time) from Hong Kong... I think almost everyone who's device left Hong Kong on that 10 pm flight was delivered next day (Mine was) just check your tracking again tonight about 11 pm central time and it will probably be in Memphis and sorted out to your local delivery location.....

My FedEx manager went from 11/19 to NA and Motorola updated the orders page from 11/19 to 11/24 but it was delivered by 10 am on 11/19..... so just check it about 11 pm central time tonight and it could be on it's way to your location.... You'll probably have it tomorrow...

Yeah as soon as mine said "On FedEx truck and out for delivery" I went home and sat for nearly two hours watching TV until the FedEx guy showed up.... I then had to go by T-Mobile to get a Nano SIM activated on my account to fit... then back to work in time for a wonderful lunch meeting....

Mine is out for delivery now but my UPS guy always delivers very late. It may be dark outside by the time my phone arrives. Sometimes it's a different guy and he comes earlier but it seems like every time I'm really wanting something, it's the regular dude.

Your device MAY have missed that 10:30 pm flight.... that is the island the airport is on... the time stamp on mine for that is 7:32 pm.... if you don't have CHEK LAP KOK HK at around 10:30 then I would say it missed it and won't physically leave China until tomorrow morning (night in China) with delivery on Monday....

Just so you all know, UPS dropped off my phones without even a knock on the door. That's very unusual as every Amazon package they knock for it and do or don't take a signature.
I was kind of annoyed but saw his truck drive away and the sms alerted me right after.
At this new apartment I had trouble getting my Lodge pan because they would come right after the office closed, but he just dropped the package from google.

Mine says the same thing. Either way, tomorrow would be great, I'll just try to get to the hub after work and hope it's already there otherwise Monday is fine too since I have made arrangements for someone to be home.

Well I am back in the game. I went to TMobile this morning and of course they did not have any stock. But they were able to get me one and have it over-nighted to me. So I signed up with TMobile. They will pay for my ETF from ATT. The plan is better for what I use and they will soon have wifi calling so that is a big plus for me. Yes I got the 32GB and I am happy I did. I really did not need the 64GB. So I just hope it come in pristine condition without major flaws.

And I am happy to hear that it sounds like a bunch more will be getting theirs tomorrow from China. That is indeed awesome.
