Google Photos won't let me select Original size after storage upgrade

Hi,

My free 15gb of space for Google photos was almost full and was unable to back up original photos any more, so I have upgraded to 100gb of space but although it recognises the extra 100gb it still won't let me select Original sized photos to sync?

Try going to Settings>Apps, select Photos, and Clear Cache, then Force Stop. Now open it again and see if it lets you choose Original.
