Anyway for me to be able to link my Google+ pic to my contact profile in my contacts?

In the contacts app where you can put your own picture in for your info. I had it setup on my Moto X 2013 where that picture was automatically what I had it set as my Google+ profile.

I figured it out. I didn't have the link option in Google+ enabled. I'm good now.

Log into Google+ on your phone. Go to your profile. Go to the menu and select settings. Under account settings select your account. Select Contacts. Make sure the 'Keep contacts up to date' option is checked.
