Yeah the pending dropped off mine but it still shows it gone from the available credit spot. So no pending or charge but the available is lower as if the pending is still there. I am just hoping that means stuff is moving forward and maybe I will get it sooner then I think? Wishful thinking ^_^.

Ordered during the announcement. I did the project fi financing so I had to just pay the tax on the phone at that time to get the order going. It originally didn't charge me for it since it hasn't shipped yet. Well just 5 minutes ago I just got charged to my account for the tax amount due . Could this be a good sign shipments are processing early? I ordered a 64gb panda

Yep, that's how it should work. I work for a Credit Union close to our card people and a company cannot have an indefinite hold on your funds until something ships although typically a pending charge is supposed to drop off after 2 or 3 days.

I have been staring at this check out page all day long lol. I feel like i want to wait a wee or two before expected ship or delivery date. For the pixel xl 2 we are at NOV 1st delivery delivery date if i order now thats still 2.5 to 3 weeks away. I know i run the risk of out of stock just dont like funds being in limbo like that for that long lol

You could always preorder with that date and then look elsewhere or in store and cancel if u can get it sooner. At least that would lock in the date and not risk extending it.

Ordered Black 2XL 64G model the night of the 4th. Estimated Ship date is 10/24. The shipping was free shipping and I wonder if it will be via UPS?

I also ordered the BT earphones the next day, 10/5, which are set to ship 11/7 - a pending charge shows up for this. However, for the phone, the original pending charge dropped off after 3 days.

Just preordered my Pixel 2 XL Stormtrooper (sorry but panda sounds dumb) 128gb version. Ordered it today and will get it on November 8th.

Currently have an iPhone 7+ and ditching Apple to go with Google. Last time I ditched Apple I went with the Note 5 and won't go back to Samsung. Damn phone lagged after a few months of owning it. Don't get hardly any lag on my iPhone.

Just placed a pre-order for a Pixel 2 XL (64 GB, Just Black) moments ago. The order confirmation says delivery is between October 31 - November 2. I can't believe I just spent this much on a phone! :'(

I pre-order the Pixel XL 2 64GB, panda color literally within 10 mins of being available on the Google store after the event and my estimate delivery dates are Nov. Ships Nov 20th and estimate delivery date is Nov. 27-28! sigh!! and my Pixelbook is at Ships Nov 6th and delivery is on Nov. 9-13. I chose standard shipping wonder if that has something to do with it I did not pay for the priority shipping.

Not sure about the Pixelbook, but unlocked Panda shipping dates are behind all other colors/variants. The earliest I've heard is Nov 1. I ordered literally 2 minutes after they opened up and mine ships Nov 13.

FedEx did not require a signature last year. I don't know about this year, but it's likely going to be the same.
