Ordered on launch day, had my order cancelled two weeks later thru no fault of my own, after several calls and several hours on the phone with support (not to mention several managers) they concluded there was no way to restore my order... Still waiting to see whether they'll at least honor the Daydream offer on the new order placed, still pissed.
They could never even agree on what caused the cancellation, but it was not a payment issue as one rep initially suggested (bank approved the charge the day before it was cancelled). Play Store order history page doesn't say anything, curiosity my Wallet order page (which I found by random) does say something like "address error" or undeliverable.
The whole thing is ridiculous, I should've had the phone by now, and my address is completely fine... Not only have I received a dozen orders there over the last few years, but my Google Home shipped and already arrived at the very same address along with two other latter orders for cables/chargers.
The reps were very nice and all, but the tools they have to work with are woefully inadequate and it's ridiculous I was kicked to the back of the queue for no reason.
