ORDER UPDATE
We called Verizon last night at about 5p.m. CT. The Verizon rep went through the notes on our order with us and it was as follows. Verizon Rep "So I see here that your order was placed on 10-18-16, and we said it would ship on 11-11-16" Me "YEP" Verizon Rep "And then the order changed to 11-26-16" Me "YEP, and since then we have received no notification or hint as to what the hell is going on" Verizon Rep " I'm sorry about that, sir. I have a note on your account that says it was supposed to ship on 12-2-16, but that is now in the past" Me "YEP" Verizon Guy "Well I do not see any shipment updates for your account, so I'm afraid I will not be able to update you on this today, you will need to check back later". ME " What do I have to do to have this on your priority list" Verizon Guy " Sir, I'm afraid that even if I put you on the priority list it won't do any good, but we can try it" ME "Thinking in my head - **** you give me my phone" "So what do you suggest I do?" Verizon Guy "If you need a new phone right at this moment I'll be honest, get a different phone because I don't think you will get this phone this year, would you like to cancel your order today, sir?" ME " YES, BUT NO. Please keep the order in process" Verizon Guy "Okay sir, we will." ME "is this a Google Problem or a Verizon problem?" Verizon Guy "Sir, this is a Google Problem, Is there anything else I can help you with today? Me "No". Verizon Guy "Okay have a good night, and Happy Holidays. Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless (Hangs up) Me "thinking in my head - **** you and thank you for wasting my time, and everyone else that is desperately waiting for this new phone" I hope you all enjoyed, this is a true story by the way. The whole reason I'm after a new phone is because my current phone has battery swell and runs hot, drains battery excessively (Samsung Galaxy S6)... I'm sure everyone has a story, but come on Verizon, this is insane after awhile.
