I can't do the 32gb. The lack of space is scary. And the price is a rip-off.

32 is fine.. I'll be buying the next one in a year anyway. Cloud storage with Google photos is all I need. Stream music from Spotify. It perfect and a real good buy

You might actually be okay with the 32gb because of the free unlimited Google storage with the Pixel. I just had a bad experience with one of my Samsung phones, I think it was the S7 Edge. And you could pop in a sd card. But moving stuff back and forth because of the adoptable storage issue was a real pain in the ***. I could deal with 64gb internal, but 32 is scary.

I just got off the phone with the core team and now they're telling me the expected ship date is not until December 26th. I told them well thanks for the updated email. Also I told them I can't believe a multimillion-dollar corporation like Verizon Wireless doesn't have their act together when it comes to order statuses there's no way that the desktop site I can show you one thing the mobile site another and the mobile app something completely different. I also told the Dum Dums I don't understand how you want people to pay $1,000 for a phone and can't even get accurate shipping dates and expect people to wait months on end with the lack of communication that Verizon Wireless is extending right now. Also told them that they might want to pass that info on to their Geniuses is in the marketing department don't run a buy one get one 50% off special on something that you have on backorder till right after Christmas because most likely people that order now or not going to get their phones till January of next year and we'll just be just as frustrated as people like us who pre-order.

Hopefully I helped stir the pot a little at Verizon for others like people in here who are frustrated

CRAP! This is messed up, I ordered from Project FI since I need a phone ASAP. Now w/ this Verizon delays further, I am royally screwed, since have to return Project FI phone in 10 days

How does one of the largest companies in the world not have their shizzle together?

Strange, no update. I would call customer service. Mine never shipped on its 11/18 date, the next morning my order was still processing and had a new shipping date of 12/26. No email about the delay. Amazing.

I called and there was a written in note on the account that the shipping was Nov 25. I had no other way of finding that out. We'll see if they follow through.

I ordered (pixel xl 128gb black) through Verizon 11/14 and have an estimated ship date of 12/26. Finally found a phone to pull me from the iPhone and this happens...go figure.

Spoke to Verizon customer service this evening and they apparently have no record of my order even when I supplied an order number, strange. They claim it can be because the account is in my business's name and I called "regular customer service"

Guess I'll play the waiting game since my iPhone 6 isn't broken. So far not impressed with what I've seen from google

Well, Verizon must be expecting a huge shipment before 12/26 because thousands of pixels were ordered from them in October that still haven't been delivered.

Just checked the my orders page this morning and on my phone it says order details are currently not available check back later. On the computer it says the status is processing but the expected ship date disappeared again

After my 20th call to Verizon I got new update on my potential delivery date. New date is 12/26 WTF. I've ordered on 10/17 with delivery date of 11/11 delayed to 11/26 and now the new date is 12/26. No updates on website or app but one of the supervisors have told me they are sending an email out today with new delay date to all. I'm fed up with this. On my way to the store.
