Google Pixel XL - Preorder /order/shipping thread

No email from either FedEx or Verizon yet, but the VZW site now says shipped and I have a tracking # - coming FedEx overnight from Memphis.
Same here. No email or text, but thr order is updated with tracking (that was already picked up).
 
My order just Shipped and is due tomorrow by 8. It went to Processing around 7PM last night, but I'm sure that's not indicative since that time period covers non-business hours.

For everyone else's reference...128GB silver, ordered 10/4 ~30 minutes after announcement, just got my shipping email about 20 minutes ago.

I hope similar. Mine on processing now, still says Nov 23-25. Online rep at GS made sound like could still be 11/23. That doesnt make since to me, that means doesn't ship for a month and no way to cancel?? Anyone ever have one processing for weeks?

Got my Really Blue 32 gb Pixel XL. Just dropped off by fedex.

Now just need to find a couple minute to activate and start playing, dam work. Lol.

wow really impressed with that blue, wish they had had it for 128GB. I think your pictures make it look better than it did on the website.

wonder if the backs are interchangeable?
 
Mine went to processing at about 7:30 pm Eastern yesterday. Shipped about 12:45 pm Eastern today.

I ordered a Nexus 5 - want to check out the Fi network on a less expensive unit than the Pixel - went to Processing last evening about the same time gabbot's unit did - it is still in processing today @ 2:04 eastern time. I think they are so busy shipping you guy's Pixels, they forgot about my little ol'5X...:D
 
Just for reassurance, I chatted with online Google Support to confirm everything was okay with my order and guess what? MY EFFING ORDER WAS CANCELED!!! How the hell did this happen? So I called Synchrony (Google Store Financing) to ask why my order was canceled. The rep I spoke with indicated that their records showed no activity, post my order. After everything had been confirmed and looking good, I was transferred to a phone rep for Google Support. The rep looked at everything and stated my order was NOT CANCELED. In fact, it was being processed. She even saw the chat log and didn't understand why the online rep stated that my order was canceled. The rep confirmed when I placed the order, that it was in a processing status (which on my online order history, it still shows "preorder"), and that everything looked good. She didn't understand why the online rep stated that it was canceled (she could see the conversation too). Either way, I am so confused on how stuff like this happens!? The rep told me to call back tomorrow if I don't see a status change in my order history.

This effin sucks, but I will try to exercise patience. Come on Google!
 
My Pixel XL, 32GB, very silver has shipped! I ordered on 10/5 with expedited shipping from the Google store. The tracking says that just a label has been created but the estimated delivery is tomorrow by 8:00 PM.
 
Hey everyone, saw my account got charged yesterday for my phone ordered through google store. I was just wondering if one of you ordered through google and already have shipping info if you could post your order number, just curious how close I am :-)

Are you sure the rep you spoke with didn't mistake closed as meaning canceled? The reason I ask is because this time around for some reason, the order process goes from pre order, pending, closed, processing, and finally to shipped. If the rep saw closed on your order he/shw may have mistaken it for canceled.
 
Both my Google Store shipment (ordered 10/4) and my Verizon shipment (ordered 10/12) shipped today with deliveries 10/20 by 8pm. Got emails from Google, Verizon, and Fedex in the last 2 hours

I don't know if that statement is true. Unless someone works on the google ordering systems I don't think we can declare any rules to this madness and just have to accept that we don't know how they are doing this.

I have one co-worker that ordered immediately and his phone does not yet show shipped. I have another coworker who ordered a couple days later and his phone has shipped. Both of these people added device protection.

I ordered after both of them and my status is still showing Pending. I've had 2 pending charges on my card added and removed so I have no clue what is going on. I've ordered from Google before too...
