Just for reassurance, I chatted with online Google Support to confirm everything was okay with my order and guess what? MY EFFING ORDER WAS CANCELED!!! How the hell did this happen? So I called Synchrony (Google Store Financing) to ask why my order was canceled. The rep I spoke with indicated that their records showed no activity, post my order. After everything had been confirmed and looking good, I was transferred to a phone rep for Google Support. The rep looked at everything and stated my order was NOT CANCELED. In fact, it was being processed. She even saw the chat log and didn't understand why the online rep stated that my order was canceled. The rep confirmed when I placed the order, that it was in a processing status (which on my online order history, it still shows "preorder"), and that everything looked good. She didn't understand why the online rep stated that it was canceled (she could see the conversation too). Either way, I am so confused on how stuff like this happens!? The rep told me to call back tomorrow if I don't see a status change in my order history.
This effin sucks, but I will try to exercise patience. Come on Google!
