The usual generic response that didn't answer all my questions. Then they asked for more info and 2 minutes later I sent screen shots of the chat transcript and they claim they can't see screenshots that were sent 2 minutes after the request. I told them if they couldn't answer all my questions presented in the first message that I was going to contact the better business bureau. I've had it with their dancing around with me I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau

I order on Oct 20th with delivery for Nov 18, but I had to cancel this order on 11/4 due to Verizon not putting my name on my order. New order was placed on 11/4 with a jump the line due to Verizon error, and I was told that they jumped me to the beginning of the line. Phone shipped on today.

bummed that the phone is restricted to go to listed address only. phone is here (friday, vets day), mailroom is closed, i'm prohibited from picking it up at fedex location by shipper.

I really think that's BS. It's pretty screwed up with somebody who orders after me gets their Phone shipped before me. It ain't right if they screwed up your order they should have put you back in in the order in which you have placed your order not to the front of the line

Yah I just spent 3hrs since morning w/ two different chats.. Its mind boggling that they don't even know the correct order status or EVEN know who to contact internally when customer escalates. Very poor customer service!!! They even asked ME if I have a tracking number, I was like are you serious? If I had one would I waste 30mins on a chat w/ Verizon rep trying to find order status.

My verizon 128GB XL black still shows 11/11.

Just got my pixel xl and wow, such a nice device.

Have been a big Samsung guy for many years and I took a shot in the dark with this phone. Love it so far.

So here's what I ended up doing. The ship times for Project Fi pixels are much quicker right now. I was debating getting on Fi anyway, so I got another pixel through Fi. It's a silver XL 128gb. My original purchase is the same phone but black. So now instead of December 15 ETA, it ships out on Monday. I might still keep my original order and switch phones once it finally arrives. This might be a viable option for someone on here

I'm assuming that question is addressed to me. I don't see why not. You always have x number of days (14 or 30) to return a phone. It should be fairly straightforward. It's probably even possible to order the phone through Fi but never activate the sim card. But I do want to use Fi so I'll activate mine.

Update: You have 15 days to return a phone to the google store.

Yah just ordered from Project fi too, delivery on tuesday hopefully!! so I can just use my existing Verizon sim and it will work fine? Nothing tied up to project fi? Doesn't the phone need some kind of Verizon firmware?

How are they shipping out Monday when those that have ordered from Google store are just sticking on preordered or pending? When did you order from Project Fi. I have been on pending for 5days I order 10/28 QB XL 128G. Getting very frustrated. Does anyone know how quickly it turns from pending to shipped?
