I just got mine about an hour ago - which is obvious past normal business hours - even on the west coast. So I don't think it's out of the question to get it later this evening or have it by tomorrow morning.

yea im in CA and pre ordered it within 5 min of it going on sale. i am about ready to drive an hour to Mountain view and start banging on doors

Received my confirmation order at 10:06 PM tonight. Just waiting for the tracking number to activate so I can find out the approximate date of when it arrives.

Because of how late tonight they're "shipping them" I'm wondering if they are just having UPS process labels for them to calm people down. It seems unlikely they could have them actually shipped past 10pm.

Interesting point... I'm in San Francisco, but hadn't noticed that other CA preorder-ers hadn't been given shipping notification. I take some small degree of comfort in this.

To reiterate from a previous post, my order was placed on 30th June.

I'm in the East Bay and I haven't gotten anything even though I ordered on June 27th...

I know somebody in Sacramento who ordered a couple days ago and their order shipped...
