Google Play Store, My apps and games, Library- apps are not loading, says No Activity

[Android Central Question]

I have a Motorola Moto e6 with Android version 10. I've added 2 gmail accounts- a school account ending in ".edu" and a personal account ending in "gmail.com" . After setting up the phone, if I go to the play store, then tap the 3 lines at the top left, then go to "My apps & games," then go to "Library," the apps for my "gmail.com" account do not load. When I first set up the phone, they load correctly for a little while, but eventually they stop... I did notice it started happening as soon as I downloaded more apps to the phone. I do not understand what could be causing this- not sure if it has to do with having multiple accounts or if it is something else. The Updates and Installed apps will load correctly, though. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I have multiple Gmail accounts on my phones and don't experience that , have you try to clear play store cache and force stop it?

Thanks- I was finally able to create an account- I'm not sure if there's some issue with facebook or google, but I can't seem to create an account using those, strange... Anyway- I have tried to clear the cache and force stop it, but it still ends up being the same issue.

Is your school email set up as main account on the phone?

Thanks- no, I originally set it up with the gmail account, and I added the school account shortly afterwards.

Hmm, would you like to try deleting temp the school account and see if the other works?

That did not work... I even deleted both accounts and re-added the gmail account to no avail...

Try clearing data for play store then force stop , if still a issue Uninstall the update to play store and check it pretty quick before it has a chance to update automatically

after uninstalling the updates to the play store app, the apps under the category "Not on this device" show back up in the library temporarily. However, I guess it installs an update or something because the apps go away shortly after that.

Probably have to wait for next play store update to fix this.
