Google Playstore crashes often.

I noticed that ever since I updated my tablet (Nexus 7, 2013) to Lollipop, I have encountered numerous crashes on the Google Store, when trying to update apps. Sometimes random crash error appears, sometimes the app freezes on installing. I did a cache wipe, factory reset, but the problem still appears. I am very disappointed and hope Google will fix it in their next update.

Does it usually tell you that Google Play Store has stopped, or Google Play Services?

Try uninstalling updates for the play store and see if that helps.
