I try downloading thing but tells me to sign up after I do it keeps on telling me that it can not connect to Google servers try again and I've been doing that for a week but nothing is happening what should I do because it's becoming frustrating

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried connecting to another source of internet like a public wifi?
