Google Services Framework error

A few days ago I started getting the following error when Refreshing/Syncing "Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Is anyone else getting this? Any ideas what's causing it?

I am too. I can't access my contacts on my phone, or save new ones. I have an Incredible 2 on Verizon
