Google Wallet (UK)

So.. I was flicking through the list of applications on my titanium backup and I saw something odd. I saw Google Wallet, but if was frozen/disabled but as far as my knowledge goes, UK doesn't have the ability to use Google Wallet through NFC. I went to my app drawer and saw the Google Wallet application! I dove into it and was faced with this message.. (picture is attached)

Just curious to know if any other Nexus 4 user or anyone else has come across with what I was faced?

I'm in Canada and I've noticed something similar. In titanium backup there are frozen Google apps which do not work in Canada. Clearly rather than removing those apps from the operating system google has simply frozen them.

That's because it will eventually come to the UK and Canada.
