Got a few problems

HTC10 little over a year old thru Verizon

When I turn on my phone I'm usually not connected to my WiFi which should always be connected

I'm not receiving texts/FB messages etc...or like last night, I received multiple texts at 5:35am...people that I texted the previous afternoon/night.

Phone call alerts will show up on my computer (I'm connected via MightyText) but my phone won't ring or anything. I'm out of work with resumes sent out and really don't need to be missing phone calls right now

I've restarted many times, haven't added any new or "unsafe/unknown" apps etc

Thinking about a factory reboot

Anyone experiencing anything similar or have any ideas?

Sorry, I don't have any tangible solutions but I do agree with what you're already intuiting: time to wipe the slate clean and perform a factory reset.

Yep, agree with @gtpred99, cache clear before reset.

Well, that sped it up a bit but once again I was woken up at 4:29am to multiple texts and it seems like I'm having the same issues.
I'm trying to figure out when the problem started and if there's anything I added to the phone or any changes I made...can't think of anything.

Check your Wi-Fi settings to make sure it's set to "keep Wi-Fi on during sleep"
