Just received mine about 10 minutes ago as well. I pre-ordered on Monday and was definitely not expecting it a day early.

Also, fedex usually comes by my neighborhood later in the afternoon and I have to be out the door to go to work at 1 so I figured i'd miss them today. Glad they showed up early.

About the being on Sprint that is. The Evo looks like a darn nice phone. I'll definitely be trying to talk my few friends on Sprint in to getting it.

What's wrong with Sprint, works great in my area, and if I do need to roam, I am doing it on your network!

I'm all giddy like a school boy. First thing, yes it came with the 2GB SD.. 2nd thing I noticed is the size, much smaller/skinnier than I expected. This is good, fits in the pocket real nice and is 1/2 the weight of the brick known as Storm 2.

Anyway.. just wanted to chime in with orders are arriving

i duno...so many opinions about this. My friend who's a material science major did a test on 2 nexus 1s. Started using one on a partial charged battery and another after a full charge. After 2 months, the one that was fully charged consistently outlasts the partial charge.

Got mine about an hour ago and coming from a POS Storm 1 this is like night and day! Compared to the Incredible, the Storm felt like I was using something from the Flintstones for the last year and a half! I've only been playing with it for about half an hour and I've already got my email and contacts set up and synced, Slacker downloaded and activated, bought a Texas Holdem game and played with it for a few minutes, joined my home WiFi network, and now I'm starting to customize the screens. I also installed the SD from the Storm so all my music and videos are on there already.

I'd have to say that what makes it so great is an even 50% Android and 50% HTC hardware and Sense UI. Especially since I've come from one of the worst phones of all time; the BB Storm. It really, really is Incredible!
