Are you sure that is on LTE? The screenshot shows you are on WiFi. If so, that means the LTE was in a disconnected state.

Oh no sorry I was on WiFi, I meant to say my phone has 4G... I'll do an LTE test this week

Nope, they cannot be removed.

There was an issue earlier today with Fido but they had since fixed that and can confirm that I do have full bars on the second SIM (Fido).

I have heard that there are issues with the IMEI numbers not being compatible with AT&T LTE service (that AT&T does not "recognize" these phones as LTE devices??). On some other forum they recommended giving them a dummy IMEI to input from another LTE device. You did not have to do that with yours?!?! Please let me know (I'm waiting on my z3 compact d5803 that I ordered yesterday and I don't wanna screw up the activation since it is supposed to be fully compatible with at&t lte bands). Thanks!

Nice choice with the black Z3! Is it possible to select the previous Xperia Z2 style for the Z3? For instance, can the icons be reduced to a smaller size (from Sony's Xperia UI, not from a third-party launcher). Also, do you have the option to change the new clock back to old (very elegant looking) Z2 clock for both the home and lock screen? I only ask since I know that, Sony allows you to download different styles for their specific UI, so I just wanted to know if this was a customizable option.

How is the vibration on the z3v when you get a phone call. I can't hear my lg g3 when it is on my desk ans vibrating from a phone call. Also how is the sound quality for you on phone calls.
