GPS fix

Well I can officially say the GPS fix didn't seem to help me. I had good luck for a couple days but now I have been watching my phone attempt to get a position fix for 5 minutes. Once I get the first fix today it will probably work well the rest of the day. (if I use it intermittently)

If you are rooted and can see if the etc files are on your phone and worded the same way, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Can't hurt to try.

lock times

Quickie question before you crash, what are you using to measure performance? Is there an app that measures lock times?

mostly i dont say much but lock times mean noithing if they are not on the spot,, this addition placed me right on the dot as to where i was located in my house and thats going through the front porches tin roof at that.. so time ,, what does it matter.. a good quick lock.. means GPS is on the dot,,dependable..

i find that if i use a app its best to leave that app on and use the soft key for menu, my main use of android is location/direction, phone of course, then video/comcast,
