GPS Lockups on .605

My DX GPS locks up whenever I use it more than 30 minutes. It always goes out at the worst time. I'm almost wondering if the phone gets too. I get a reboot when I go in/out of the desktop dock or something else, almost once a day now. I think I'm going to buy a Garmin GPS just to avoid using my phone.

Anyone else having similar frustrations?

Yes! Lately mine hasn't been picking me up, then it finds me, then it doesn't, blah, blah, blah! This is very annoying and I'm hoping that there's a fix soon!

having same exact issue. Thought it was because I forgot to calibrate my Compass. So I calibrated it and it picked me up once and not again. My drive to work is an hour and it will fail to pick up me the entire time.

Makes you miss the days of fishing thru the back seat to get your giant AAA road atlas out that was always right in the end,lol and fun to look thru

Not sure if this was the fix or not but from my car dock I clicked the map icon and then selected Google Maps and set a route. It worked the whole way to work and now the compass will pick me up quicker when i first dock my phone.
