hello

I just flashed my ROM to Cog V2.3b8 and I love it. It works really well and stable but I am wondering If I have to pay fee for using GPS? I have 2gb data plan with att and it doesn't cover GPS though

p/s: does anyone know that the GPS is working correctly yet?

No you don't have to pay an additional fee, obviously using a navigation app like google nav or something similar will use your data though.

Similar to what neonmonkey said, to use gps you need to have a data service with ATT. Unless you want to pay ATT's services through their turn-to-turn app, you should be able to use the GPS with Google Maps and other apps. Now, another thing is if you had GPS working properly before flashing the rom and now is not working any more. It is possible. In my case, it would not work on 2.1, I flash the same rom you did and I have only luck if I am outside and not moving... if you have a problem you can use a GPS reset that samsung/att posted early this month. It randomly works for me, both before and after rooting.
