GS3 & Bluetooth Headset Issue

Tried My Jabra BT5020 for the first time today. Works great but the phone still rings through the speaker. There's a lot of chatter around the net about the issue but no solution. Anyone know of a fix for this?

I need this to work properly as I am often places where I can't have my phone ring and I'm to lazy to put the phone in vibrate mode...
Just manually updated to LI3.
