gTalk with independent statuses on phone vs. desktop?

On my old Incredible (original) I could have different statuses on my Android gtalk vs. on the desktop. Now with my Razr Maxx and ICS they are forced to be synced.

How can I be invisible on my phone while available on desktop (for example)?
