So is it really worth flashing the JB bootloader or just stay on ICS. I have the 4.04 if for some reason it makes my phone act wonky, ideas?

friggen PERFECT timing. Was just getting ready to throw in the towel and DL jellybelly 2.6 hybrid, and I look over there and see 3.0 is out!

I will also be waiting for 3.1 though, I must have my google now fix. Shouldnt be too long...

Edit: just to make sure I factory wipe, wipe cache, wipe davlick, format and flash bootloader , rom and gapps?

I'm going to post up a version of Prometheus a bit later...the updater script is a bit long but entertaining. Still figuring that out.

It's rooted, CWM sticks, and you don't need to flash anything else.

ok. there is also a busybox installer app in the play store that should also do the job. are you still FC?

Just Talk and Gallery. I have no idea what's going on with it. I'm going to give it a break tonight then hopefully the real devs will have figured it out.

Doesn't seem to matter which GAPPs package I flash, either.
