The trial period ended popup appears to be what happens when the Swype installer attempts to auto-update and is blocked by the AT&T security routines on the phone. To get around this (assuming your particular Beta version isn't actually expired) is this:
)Completely uninstall Swype and the Swype installer from your Inspire 4G.
)Go to the AC-SWM folder on your computer and delete any .apk files you find there.
)On your phone, open up the Beta download email you originally got from Swype and hit the download link again. The newest version of the Swype installer will download.
)Make a note of the exact filename that is downloaded to your phone by pulling down the notification shade when the download completes. Chances are if you are updating this way, the filename will be different than the first time you installed Swype. This is important.
)Once the installer downloads, use the steps in the original post to reinstall the updated installer to your phone. Be sure to use the new filename, if you don't you'll most likely pull and sideload the old installer and get stuck.
)Finish the instructions in the original post to complete the package installation and Swype setup.
)Enjoy!
