Gutted crack on my Note 3

I thought the Note 3 was a light aluminium chrome built but it's plastic, anyway I'm really gutted as I have a hair line crack near the spen, does anyone else have this issue, I look after my phones how the heck it got there i don't know, now my phone won't sell as much as I was thinking of buying the S6 Edge

I have seen several N3's for sale with the same crack near the s-pen. Its most likely a stress crack. LG G3 also has had some issues with a crack near the lower microphone.

Curious, did you have a case on this, took the case of and noticed the crack? ... or was the phone naked.?

Yes it was OK until I put a case on it and noticed this crack while the case was on maybe it was the smart cover case when I pushed it in to the case

My S4 had a crack in the chrome trim too.. Sad. I suppose now the problem is solved with the aluminum.

Ya most phones have that issue. Moto x has that issue. Have seen it on galaxy s4 and s3. They dont seem affect anything though.
