Guys i need help with my samsung phone

My phone just got wet and my speaker and mobile charging start making problem while speaker is back to normal now but their is still problem with charging........whenever i plug in charger it connects and disconnects again n again ......sometimes it connects like normal and phone gets fully charged.........can u guys plz help me fix this problem.......what is wrong with it technically.........?

It's impossible to diagnose the problem without a physical examination of the device. It's best taken to a repairer

try a different charger or cable but with the phone getting wet, most likely there is nothing you can do except take to a shop and have them clean any residue from the water and test.
