I'm helping someone switch from a phone that takes a 'regular' sized SIM to a phone that requires a nano SIM. If anyone has done this before, how do we go about it?

I would really prefer to not have to cut the SIM to nano-proportions.

If you want to swap SIMs, though, that's what you'd have to do. Cut it to a nano-size, then get an adapter for the "regular" size (whether it's micro or mini), and use that whenever you want to swap the card back into the first phone. You can't have two different cards with the same SIM info.

Yes, I realize that. But we would prefer to get and activate a new (nano) SIM card, rather than cut the old one down. Is that not possible on H2O?

Oh, I see. I would guess that it'd be no problem to ask H2O to issue a new nano SIM and transfer your line to that card. Not sure if they'll charge for it, though.
