Hacked? Strange behavior

[Android Central Question]

Hi, last night was woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of a video that started playing randomly on my Samsung s10+. After I woke up I looked at my search history before the video was played and at My Activity and I can see that there was a search made for the subject of the video but in another language that I don't typically type in. And if I re do the search I can see in the Google results that the video that was played is the first option in the search results. So there's a link as to how the video was played.

However, how could the search been initiated on my phone in another language I don't use? I ran several malware scans and found nothing.

Could I have been hacked?

I wonder if that could be due to some kind of adware (or malware) that came with some app you installed. Have you installed anything from outside the Play Store or Galaxy Apps store?
