It can take a few hours for the tracking number to show up in Fed Ex's system. They may have just gotten the tracking number from the shipper and it can take some time to update. You are almost there!

So I am reading here and xda that many people are getting their orders overnighted (as opposed to the two day shipping they stated in the preorder. Is this going to be standard for all preorders? If this is the case, I should get my phone on the 21 since att shows a ship date of 6/20.

+1. They are generating the tracking number before fedex actually has the package. Once they get picked up, the tracking number will be active.

See this is why att should not be saying first come, first serve on pre-orders. It's b.s., since I ordered about 11.5 hours before you did. And I use both pages to check my order. They have stayed exactly the same for 2 weeks.

I have learned my lesson. Never pre-ordering from at&t again. It's pointless, unless you want to buy an iphone. It seems Apple gets their phones to customers a day ahead of time.

Mine shows it was picked up at 3:34 PM

i tried to order online earlier but it didn't work so i went to a store to do this...don't know if that make any difference.

Hope you are right. I ordered at 12:01 am on the 6th and still shows processing.
As long as I get it Friday, can't be too mad. You would think ATT would have all this down by now. Can't be more than the 4s launch.
Anyone with shipping care to chime in with destination city?

I pre ordered in store at 6pm on the 6th. When I call the order status number an says it's on back order. Im so excite to get this phone do I can ditch this 4s. Was really looking forward to gettin it this week!!

I have always had fed ex deliver my other pre order phones from at&t, both were iphones and BOTH REQUIRED SIGNATURE. Luckily i was home for both, the driver told me had i not been home he would not have left it, even thou i get fed ex all the time and have signed the waiver that they can leave packages. Seeing how it's a $549 phone i'm okay with that

Still waiting to see my SG3 update from processing :'(

It's really irritating that Premier's site is down to check your order status. It has been for almost a week now. Automated might be wrong and I might have gotten a shipped status, but will never know it because that damn website won't load.

Just spoke you the yahoo's at at&t premier support and they just told me that all orders are delayed until June 28th... this really sucks!!!!!!!

I haven't received an update from processing either, I feel your pain. Good to know about the signature though. With an item this expensive, it doesn't surprise me. I guess I'll just wait for the tracking number, and take the day off accordingly!

just log into your att.com account and check my orders. Or you can check here https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status
