haptic feedback in power saving mode?

I'm giving medium power saving mode a try today, but instantly notices that it turns off the haptic feedback when typing or hitting the back button. I tried to search around to see how to leave it on while in power saving mode but have had not luck. Any ideas on how to leave it on?

I had no idea it did that, but it does make sense.

I don't think that's a needed feature, I think they should just give us the option to adjust resolution outside of power saving mode.
