I recently purchased a Nexus 10 via the Play Store, however I RMA'd it under the 15 day return due to numerous build quality issues - Thought I'd wait for the next version to see if the reports on that are better.
Anyway, the advise was that it could take up to 14 days to get a refund, but overnight Google refunded me ?9.98, I thought at first this was the delivery charge (which I wasn't expecting to get back) but this was a penny more at ?9.99. I thought it was fairly quick as they only received it back yesterday afternoon.
Anyone else had experience of Play store hardware refunds??
