Hardwire tether Nexus 10 to Galaxy S3?

I have last year's model of Nexus 10, and a Sprint Galaxy s3. I've used the "Open Garden" app for Bluetooth tethering, but it leaves a lot to be desired. Rooting my S3 hasn't worked out so well since the 4.3 update, as I can't get rid of that Samsung program that blocks SU. Is there a way to tether with the mini-USB from my S3 to my Nexus? I've looked around on the web, but can't find anything conclusive. Thanks.

If you are asking for a way to bypass your carrier's restrictions on tethering without paying for the service, we can't discuss that here in the forums.

I don't think there is. There is an app called foxfi that may or may not work that lets you WiFi tether. I am not sure if you can with the new 4.3 update.
