Has anyone dropped their Note 3 yet?

It always happens to the new shiny phone. If I go back to my iPhone. I will never drop.

Going to get a Note 3 as soon as my Note 2 contract is up. As far as cases, I thought the back of the new Note was supposed to look really nice.. It's a shame we still have to cover good looking phone with a case. I haven't dropped my Note 2, but it does have a case just to be safe

The only thing worse is to discover that the phone is no longer with you, and you're not sure when did you actually see it the last time, and where were you then.

Yes I dropped mine on a concrete floor about 3 hours after getting it.. It had a case did not cover the top end,... phone landed on the top end and I got me a nice little dent :(

I had that happen to when I purchased the first iPhone. Popped right of my case. Landed in the parking lot. It's was raining and a car drove over it. Still worked though.

Sadly, I dropped mine about a week ago. It was unprotected because I couldn't find a case in my local part of the world. I was getting out of the car and since I use my phone to play music, I had it in my hand as I exited the car only to have it drop to the ground. She sustained damages to the top right hand corner bezel but nothing serious. I rearly drop my phone but I guess it takes a little getting use to holding this monster over the iPhone I used for the past 6 years. Oh well. The important thing is nothing esential is broken and I have insurance for the real disasters. I found an s-pen cover at the att store and stupidly paid the full 65 dollars for any amount of protection after the drop. The s-view isn't really designed for protection but at least there is something there until my more practical case from from Amazon. I guess the lesson in all this is be careful and attentive when handling your phone because no matter how safe and careful you may think you are, gravity is alway waiting to act.

My hand was thinking about accidently dropping my Note 3 but I told it there would be grave and dire consequences. I think it understood.

That sounds like an epic drop. It reminds me of the when Homer Simpson had his BYOBBQB. As his pig from the roast was high jacked by Lisa how recently became a vegiterian, he kept saying "It's just a little dirty, it's still good, it's still good.... it's just a little wet, it's still good, it's still good... it's just a little airborne, it's still good, it's still good."

The only problem I have with these types of bag is I keep remembering Seinfeld's line when George Costanza was wearing one, "It looks like your belt is trying to digest a small animal!" Well that, and I don't need any more attention drawn towards my beer gut.....

That's what I thought but it is not like that,, you where it in front and it is small... With my tee shirt over it you can barley see a bump.

I purposely have not used my Note 3 yet because I know I will drop it. Since it is on my company's line, I will be required to reimburse them the cost of the phone. Needless to say, I am waiting for my case from Amazon to come in the mail.

I workout 7 days a week and my phone (LG G2) stays in my car. The gym is a no-phone zone for me. Music via a Zune HD. Don't laugh, I've had an unlimited Zune pass since 2006:)

They need to come out with replacements parts already. That ding on the corner of the housing is an eyesore. I have a case to cover but I know it's there. I hate having OCD!!!

A Zune? Really? I've heard of those. Can you...can you post a picture of it? It'd be kinda like looking waaaaaaay back in time.

I've dropped mine from pocket height twice. Screen protector only. No case either time. Once on concrete. The other on wood/concrete. Phone survived and looks great.
My spigen slim armor case arrived 2 days ago & I am VERY happy with it. I just wish I had a wrist strap on it.
