Has anyone gotten Marshmallow on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge?

Yeah. What is that? I just installed whatever - it - is (AT&T) and my Phone still says 5.1.1

Just updated mine on att. Still 5.1.1. But the Android security patch level is 2016-02-01

I have to agree with Brian - it feels like a new phone. I moved away from stock launcher but it's now much more usable as it's much smoother than it used to be (I still use Nova for the customisation though!)

Like the new design, Samsung native apps i.e. Clock is nicer and overall UI is looking really good. Improved design on the multitasking window I feel.

The standout part for me has got to be edge though, for sure! I can't emphasise how much better this now is. I found edge screen to be such a big disappointment previously, I actually only used night click and switched off the other features (pre ordered the phone, regretted waiting for reviews to tell me how useless I was going to find it.)

I finally have the s6 edge that it should have been out of the box. I'm loving the new edge screen features!

The Rep. you talked to doesn't know anything. "Android" didn't put it on hold. More likely Verizon put it on hold. Samsung already released it to Verizon. We're just waiting for Verizon to release it to us.

My co-worker got the OTA from from sprint today. Meanwhile T-Mobile hasn't even updated their dedicated page. I hate this process.

For those who have been lucky enough to have mm, has it done anything to improve battery life?

It is safe to say that this would be my last Samsung phone ever. I know the S7 line is pretty amazing. But Android N is out and we're still running Lollipop on what 2 weeks ago was the latest and greatest from Samsung. This is unbelievable.

Next stop: Nexus. Decided.

You keep complaining about Samsung. What carrier are you on? Samsung released MM a while ago. You are probably waiting on your carrier to release it to you. Samsung has no control over when your carrier releases it to their customer's.

SM-G925I here. No carrier. All unlocked. Now what?

Have you tried to pull out your Sim card and check for updates on wifi? Just wondering if your carrier has the ability to block the updates...
