Question Has anyone gotten unsolicited audible News Reports?

My phone was giving international news reports like Reuters, BBC. This was happening just moments before I posted this message., but now it has stopped. I'm reluctant to just forget about it and hope it doesn't happen again. It would be especially annoying if it were to happen while I was having a phone conversation.

Do you typically have a lot of tabs open in your browser? If so, it could be one of those tabs playing audio or video. Try closing all the browser tabs and see if the problem recurs.

Another thing you can do is to open your App Overview/Recent Apps when you hear this happen -- see if there's any app in the background that might be responsible.
