My bumper case shows out for delivery today and I'm hoping there is a phone to go along with it.
Sure have. Get the run around each time. Called again today and "it looks like you may have been stuck in processing, I'll forward your case to a specialist".
Yup, now I'm waiting on a specialist. My co-workers getting his today, probably by lunch. Urge to kill rising.. rising.. rising..

Allow me to predict how the call will go:
"There were technical issues, rest assured your phone will ship tomorrow. You will receive shipping notification within 24 hours"
I dare say that I was thinking the same thing. Was told that by phone AND by email last night.
I would but i dont think that would solve anything. Its out of my hands in more ways than one.
Just got delivered. It's a beautiful phone. Now to wait for mine... (oh, he ordered after me, and didn't even want it. F UUUUUU).
Nice! At least you're getting something unlike us who haven't gotten any updates at all. Btw, did you order your bumper on a separate transaction?

I got the "specialist" spiel yesterday. Rest assured no specialist ever contacted me after I was told they would.
I added it to my cart along with the phone but when I checked out, only the phone appeared. After ordering the phone I went back in and ordered the case. A day later I noticed I had 2 cases on my order list so I cancelled 1 of them. So basically, it was all ordered together within 5 minutes.
Haven't recieved any notifications eithers. no BO or shipping emails and order is still pending

Called CSR's and only got automated responses nothing else until now.

No back order email
Called CSRs and got automatic reply of "don't worry shipping happening tonight"
Don't worry you should be receiving it today (the tracking info I mean) just have patience.
Lucky!! Im also located in vancouver but received no updates
My order went through at 11:42, so hopefully I am next in line. Fingers are definitely crossed. Can't wait to switch to Android from BlackBerry.
Man I have went from Blackberry to motorola flip to iphone 4s in the last 7 days...fml I just want my android
