Has anyone noticed that... (CM7.2 Kraven)

If you press the camera button and hold to open the camera app (the side button closest to the search key), that brief second before the camera opens, the color profile changes? It seems a bit less saturated. Is there a way to keep this color profile change permanent (as in changing it to the default profile)?

I have never noticed this before, but now that I'm looking for it I can see it. I'm not sure if there is a way to enable that all of the time, but have you tried the different Render Effects in the CM7 settings?

Go to Settings -> Cyanogen Mod -> Interface -> Render Effect

One of the "Calibrated" settings lower in the list might be close to what you are looking for.

The N1 color profiles are much too warm for this display, even the cool one.

I think it's actually deeper than that. If you notice, in the settings bar in the picture below-

(to clarify, the bar above Wireless and Networks that says Settings on it)

does NOT look the same as it does on the Optimus. The one on the actual device looks almost... artifacted just a little bit. The shading gradient is off. Look really closely if you don't see it. I think it's something to do with the way that Android displays images.

*EDIT* I googled around some more, and it seems like the problem comes with the phone not displaying in full 32 bit color. Any reason why it isn't? O_O

Idk but good eye! I'm on this Rom and I haven't noticed but....now it just wont go away

He is developing it. He gradually moved over to CM9, but he is still doing little changes to the CM7 line... nothing terribly major though. Latest CM Sync, Gapps Updates, etc.
