Has anyone tried to register for the headphone promo

I bought the phone Sat at ATT. Got the $200 for my old phone and when I came home to register to get the headphones. It wont take my imei number, I tried four times. I called and they told me to write them waiting for an answer. Has anyone else had problems?

I had no problem registering, however, be sure to leave the dashes out between the number sequences in your IMEI. The first time I entered my info I used the dashes and I got an error message.

I was number 8 when I applied Thursday just after midnight. Finally got my approval email.

Yeah I have tried since last Friday. They said all carriers haven't completed upload of IEMI numbers, but that not should be soon. We can email their support team with the info and they can try to work on checking as well. Sounds like it's a waiting game. Nothing seems to just be simple lol.

I called LG today after the web page not accepting my IMEI since the promo launched. They said to just e-mail them the info along with the photo of the IMEI sticker, and receipt to support@lgv20launchpromo.com
