Has anyone worked out how to stop auto delete emails on the note 8

My emails automatically delete even the ones saved in folders I've read all the answers and no one there seems to have worked it out

Hi there. Which phone are you using? Is this the Gmail app or another email app on the phone? Have you tried checking on a PC to see if the emails are still on there?

Welcome to Android Central! Are they only deleting from the phone, or also from the email server? Which email provider? Are you using the IMAP or POP3 server?
