Has the 4G and other connection issues been fixed in Jelly Bean?

I'm just wondering if connection is better now with Jelly Bean. Verizon apparently was working on a fix to help us folks with LTE connection issues, so I'm hoping that fix was added to JB. If anyone has tested this, please let us know! I am sure there are plenty of others wondering this same thing.

I got the update early yesterday morning have been on 4g all day and night without a single drop. Don't even know what 3g is anymore

I just got the update today and before I was dropping 4G constantly. I mean every minute or two it was gone. Got the Jelly Bean update and bang, solid 4G connection for hours now so far. Was able to actually complete a full phone conversation without being dropped. Love it.

They're fixed for me, as far as I can tell.
