Wireless charging messed up my software

Couple of days ago I bought a Samsung charcoal Sview cover and a Samsung mini charging pad from Amazon.
After charging my note 4 overnight I noticed that in the lockscreen mode the small top symbols were almost duplicated and overimposed on each other. Once you moved out of the lock screen into the regular screen the symbols went back to normal.
Now this situation occur all the time!
I just don't like to have, what seems to me, a corrupted software. I tried a hard reset, with no success, last thing now is to reset to factory setting. what do you think? Any suggestion?

have you tried resetting your phone? is this an official cover from Samsung or a third party option? try a software reset?

No I have not tried a complete reset, I was trying to avoid to have to reinstall everything. I may just have to resort to that!
It is the official Samsung S view cover.

FWIW, I have an el-cheapo ($17 for both receiver and base) wireless charger for my Note 4 from China and I'm not getting that, or any other, problem.

Does that happen only when u charge? or is it like that even after u take the phone off the charger?

I also have a cheap wireless adapter and and charging base from amazon for like 20 bucks and I don't have that issue either. I have the Verizon variant of the note 4.

The issue is on all the time when the lock screen is on. After you unlock the screen the problem goes away.

I just received and installed the wireless charging replacement back cover for my Note 4 yesterday and used it last night. I have not had any issues from this first use. My notification bar symbols are correct on both the lock screen and the home screen.
If you back all of your programs up to google after a factory reset they will automatically be re-installed once you add your google account and/or your Samsung account to the phone.

Note that the "mirror image" isnt a duplicate of what's on the notification bar . The time isn't even the same. It looks like someone else was using the Mona Lisa background and took a screenshot that included their notification bar which you are now using. Hence, you are seeing your 'live' bar on top of a static picture of a different bar. This would explain the behavior of it happening only on the lock screen. I just duplicated this 'problem' by saving a random screenshot off google images and saving as a lock screen pic.
