So a few of us have received tracking numbers for orders before and after 3/2 correct? I just got off the phone with CS and they saw that my credit card was charged, "Oh, we don't charge credit cards until with ship them so that's a good sign..."
I replied, "OK great, but I haven't received a tracking number." Then the rep responded, "Well it MUST be on it's way to you, so let me check everything I can."
5 min later, "Yeah so I guess even though we charged your credit card, it won't ship until 3/31... So I'd just wait to call us back until then..."
Then I responded, "Well is there a possibility that the tracking info just hasn't been updated and there's a chance I will receive it before 3/31?" CS Rep,"Extremely unlikely."
Fingers crossed it magically shows up tomorrow. Are your tracking numbers FedEx or UPS?
