Have a cell phone I don't know how to reach

Ok I have a cell that I dont know how to reach...Emergency mode!! and all that good crap..

I read that I can run this run taht put tis on the sd card etc....How ?

Can I not take the damn card out of the phone put stuff on it than pop it back in ????

In that caase I need not try to reach the beast thru the bars.. Yes/No?????

First let us know what phone you have, and what state it is in. Ie stock,bricked, rooted, ect.
From there we can guide you thru the how to's.

OK I have a LG P505r It's new but the lady got a iphone for xmas so she sold me her unlocked Rogers
The charger was still sealed (NEW). So I got a sasktel sim card and all was good. I wanted to put some music on it from my computer and when I hooded them up The LG Upgrade was offered SO I figured great maybe more toys.................The upgrade started then crashed.......Hence here I be...emergency mode!! is all my little phone says now....
It has a 2gig sim chip and was running a sasktel simcard cause it was unlocked... Now rogers won't help (UNLOCKED) and LG won't even admit the software that fked it was theirs. SOOooo
I have no idea where to start or in what shape the little demon is really in.
I would really like to get it running and am very interested in helping other with the same problems..
I really hate locked to company software..I love ubuntu but have windows 7 and vista. Open source is my fav.

I will need a step by step if I can do anything.

Ok. Assuming you didn't read any of my other posts. Go to the FASTBOOT STARTED FIX ' thread. I believe it has the program and files you need either as links or attachments. Post questions and or problems there. Someone will answer.

OK now that seems to have worked I have a resetting Android logo in screwed up colors.
I downloaded gingerbreak but dont know how to install it to the phone.
