Hi, I had the Tab S 10.5 WiFi+LTE for about 2 months now. I find it rather disappointing in performance. Unlike my old and dumb PSP, which only required the video in a certain format and then play it flawlessly, my Tab S (SM-T805) stutters sometimes with nothing else except the video player on. And this is both when I use the wired headphones or the speakers. Something else is wrong with it: if I connect my Bluetooth headphones model LG HBS-900, both sound and video are terribly choppy and stutter heavily, actually becomes impossible to watch any video. My wireless headphones work perfectly with my laptop, though. What I discovered accidentally is that if I have the WiFi connected o any network, while the Bluetooth headphones are in use, the video and sound played are improving a lot, but still are not very good.
I have tried to narrow the cause for this by contacting LG, but their support must be the worst I've ever asked for advice, couldn't get anything out of them. They don't guarantee the headphones to work with any other than LG products??? (what a pile of bs!) So, I wonder, since the headphones are actually working with the laptop's Bluetooth, is it possible that the fault lies only with my tablet.
Any advice on troubleshooting will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Iacobra
