As many have stated, they update in batches. I want to say JB took 2 weeks for me to get OTA

Oh hello and you are very lucky. I usually get the OTA updates at the earliest a week later. Whether it is apps or a software update.

Unless theres huge improvements somewhere ill prob just keep 4.2.2 as well! Unless they fix their colour issue with stock 4.3..

I would upgrade of I were you. 4.3 brings OpenGLES3, parental controls (not a big thing for me), and a much needed performance boost on the older Nexus 7.

I want to clear the cache and data for the framework but I dont want to mess anything up.
Last time i did that the web version of Google play "My apps" got messed up

I refer to my previous statement. Patience is all you need guys.

Everything gets rolled out in phases. Some people may wait a few days or so while others get it right away. Location, serial number, animal sacrifices and prayer will have no effect.

Everyone hates waiting but that's how it gets done. Sit tight!
